I recently entered a D&AD new blood competition with my good mate Chris Luu. It was an awesome opportunity to work on a big brand (Heinz), without any constraints. Essentially we brainstormed some ideas across a couple of weekends and arrive at our concept ‘Sign it in Heinz’. The idea was centred around how there is no ketchup on any of our food emoji’s, so we created the world’s first edible petition highlighting the necessity of ketchup on all of our favourite foods. We were fortunate enough to win a D&AD new blood pencil with the ceremony being next month in London.
