Summer is a highly competitive time for water brands. Neverfail needed to break through the clutter and speak directly to its target audience of small business owners in order to drive sales on a national scale.


The premise of our communications was that Neverfail is their #1 water provider in terms of water quality and convenience of service for a busy SME. We ensured the brand had a relatable character to the target audience; and used media channels had the power to influence both rational and emotional levers among this demographic.
